Taking Care of your Dog

Bring enough water for your dog. While there are water fountains along the trails, they might not all be working, so bring a portable water bottle or collapsible bowl.
Bring towels or wipes. Your dog might want to wade in permitted areas or get muddy on trails.
Pack waste bags even though stations are provided throughout the park, just in case they're empty.
Bring a muzzle for your dog if they tend to bark or bite. This will prevent any unwanted incidents or conflicts with other animals or people.
Taking Care of your Cat
Bring a carrier or harness for your cat. Cats are more likely to wander off or hide than dogs, so it is safer to keep them contained or attached to you.
Bring water and snacks for your cat. There are water fountains in the garden area where you can refill your bottle or bowl.
Bring a blanket or mat for your cat to rest on. There are benches in the garden area where you can sit with your cat.
Bring toys or treats for your cat to play with or chew on. This will keep them entertained and distracted from potential triggers.
Bring a collar with an ID tag for your cat. This will help you find them in case they get lost or separated from you.
