I pay close attention to their behavior and physical condition, prioritizing their health, comfort, and safety while achieving a stylish look. **Cancellation and No-Show Policy:** Life can be unpredictable, and sometimes plans change. To provide the best care for all my clients, I have a few policies in place: - **Cancellations or Rescheduling:** Please let me know at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations or changes made within 24 hours will incur a charge of 50% of the appointment cost. - **No-Shows:** If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment without prior notification, you will be charged 100% of the appointment cost plus a $10 convenience fee for transportation. Clients who no-show may not be able to book future appointments. **Aggressive Dog Policy:** For the safety of both your pet and myself, I do not work with aggressive dogs. If a dog shows aggressive behavior during a grooming session and we cannot safely proceed, I will have to end the session, and a full grooming fee plus a 20% surcharge will apply. **Payment Policy:** If you are not present during the payment process when your dog is dropped off, I will charge the cost of the service plus a 20% tip unless otherwise instructed. Upon check-in we go over the wants and needs of a your pet; -Their current health and behavioral status before any service. -We can customize the perfect care for your pet, choosing service upgrades to fit their needs. I take as many precautions as necessary to assure your service will be prompt and thorough within the parameters of the dogs behavior. I am completely open and transparent about assessing all realms of possibility during service. (mats, untouchable nails, wounds, parasites , etc.) There are also many things I have to be perceptive too during any service; -Making sure all safety precautions have been followed to protect both myself and the pet. -Monitoring stress levels of the pet and making the right calls to maintain a positive and calm environment. I make sure to notify you to major changes of any kind during the service. And of course notifying you when they're done and ready to go home! I make sure to go over any highlights of the service, good and bad. I make sure to refresh or circle back to my safety and sanitizing procedures often, assuring a clean environment for your pet. I take pride in making sure everything was clean, sanitized and organized between pets. Weekly deep cleaning of tools and work stations is a must. And of course most important of all maintaining a positive and comforting environment for both you and your pet! IMPORTANT NOTES BEFORE BOOKING!! ** IF YOU BOOK OUT THE WHOLE YEAR WITH ME ON A REGULAR SCHEDULE YOU MAY BE SUBJECT TO SUDDEN CANCELLATIONS. *Please let me know (cat clients especially) if your pet has ANYTHING less than a good condition coat. **I service all clients in a high roof (9') van and have limited accessibility in tighter areas like downtown, and apartment complexes, (most) PARKING GARAGES with limited off-street parking. PLEASE Inform me if your residence has tight/limited parking. -CANCELATION POLICY- I am a independent sole proprietorship and I reserved the right to uphold my own cancellation fees. I require a minimum 24 hour notice of cancellation for a $0 charge. Any cancellation that is sooner than 24hrs will result in a 40% charge of original scheduled price. Accounts with no card on a file get a 40% fee added on to their 1 next future appointment and a total of two nc/ns before account is marked "no booking" Thanks for understanding my small business standards. FAQs

What information is needed to book an appointment?

Give Pawgo your pet’s information, a credit or debit card to confirm, and a date and time that works for you. You are charged after service day. Authorize the final amount with your groomer, add a tip if you see fit, and you are done.

Do your vans have hot water and AC?

All Pawgo vans are self-contained with hot water, AC, wastewater tanks and a grooming table. See a video of how it works here.

I live in an apartment. Do you need to plugin to an outlet?

We have a selection of vans that run on generator power and are all independent from the grid. Our generators are powerful enough to run a small A/C unit so that your pet and our groomers are comfortable through the process. However, please specify if you do live in an apartment to ensure a generator-powered van is sent to you.

Do you have service 7 days a week?

Yes. Please make sure to book in advance if you need weekend appointments. Varies by area and groomer.

How long will it take for you to groom my pet?

A full groom takes anywhere between 1 – 2 hours. A bath and tidy is about 1 – 1.5 hours.

Is the mobile grooming van insured?

All of our independent groomer’s mobile grooming vans are fully insured.

What products do your groomers use?

It varies by groomer-- groomers have freedom to choose because they service all types of pets.
