My Cancelation and No Show Policy:
If you cancel or reschedule within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment you will be charged 50% of the cost of your appointment.
If you no show, you will be charged 100% of the cost of your appointment plus $10 for gas. You will not be rebooked with me.
Aggressive Dog Policy:
I don’t work with aggressive dogs. I work by myself and it’s unsafe to work on aggressive dogs both for me and the dog. If I find your dog is aggressive and we can’t get through the groom, they will be sent home without a complete groom and will you will be charged full price for the groom plus 20% tip.
Owner not present for card transaction policy:
If you are not present for the card transaction when I drop off your dog, I will automatically charge the price of the services plus 20% tip unless told otherwise. Thanks for understanding!
**Hello!** My name is Shakira, and I've been a professional dog groomer for the past 7 years. I have a true passion for beautifying dogs and making them look and feel their best. While I love working with all breeds, I have a special fondness for Schnauzers, Labs, and Shih Tzus. Each pet is unique, and I enjoy tailoring my grooming approach to suit their individual needs and personalities.
**My Grooming Philosophy:** My goal is to ensure that every grooming session is a positive experience for your dog. I pay close attention to their behavior and physical condition, prioritizing their health, comfort, and safety while achieving a stylish look.
**Cancellation and No-Show Policy:** Life can be unpredictable, and sometimes plans change. To provide the best care for all my clients, I have a few policies in place:
- **Cancellations or Rescheduling:** Please let me know at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations or changes made within 24 hours will incur a charge of 50% of the appointment cost.
- **No-Shows:** If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment without prior notification, you will be charged 100% of the appointment cost plus a $10 convenience fee for transportation. Clients who no-show may not be able to book future appointments.
**Aggressive Dog Policy:** For the safety of both your pet and myself, I do not work with aggressive dogs. If a dog shows aggressive behavior during a grooming session and we cannot safely proceed, I will have to end the session, and a full grooming fee plus a 20% surcharge will apply.
**Payment Policy:** If you are not present during the payment process when your dog is dropped off, I will charge the cost of the service plus a 20% tip unless otherwise instructed.

No show fees will be charged for up to 100% of the grooming cost. Cancellations/reschedules after 24 hours to your appointment will be charged up to 60% of the grooming cost.

I started out at a big corporation an what I didn’t like was that we really didn’t get to give each dog the time they needed to feel safe.. it was jus 1 dog after another. But with Pawgo I have the time to spend with each dog to make them feel safe an to give them plenty of hugs an kisses..❤️🐶🐾🐕🦺
