My Cancelation and No Show Policy:
If you cancel or reschedule within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment you will be charged 100% of the cost of your appointment.
If you no show, you will be charged 100% of the cost of your appointment plus $10 for gas. You will not be rebooked with me.
Aggressive Dog Policy:
I don’t work with aggressive dogs. I work by myself and it’s unsafe to work on aggressive dogs both for me and the dog. If I find your dog is aggressive and we can’t get through the groom, they will be sent home without a complete groom and will you will be charged full price for the groom plus 20% tip.
Owner not present for card transaction policy:
If you are not present for the card transaction when I drop off your dog, I will automatically charge the price of the services plus 20% tip unless told otherwise. Thanks for understanding!

I have been a dog groomer for five years now. My passion for animals and dedication to providing grooming services have driven me to create a grooming experience right at your doorstep. I focus mostly on comfort grooming over vanity grooming; my goal is to get dogs in and out in a timely manner without any stress as possible. I don’t charge add ons such as nail grinding/teeth brushing they are included in my services. I have a Labrador Retriever named Diesel who is my main inspiration to be working in dog grooming to help him and other dogs to look and feel their best! I provide three different types of services: (Haircut, Bath and Nails), (Bath, Brushout and Nails), and (Hygiene/Nails, Sani, Pad, and Ear). My Cancellation and No-Show Policy:
I understand that life’s schedule isn’t always predictable, and adjustments are sometimes necessary. However, to continue offering the best care for your pets and maintain fairness for all clients, I’ve put in place the following policies:
• Cancellations or Rescheduling: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. This consideration allows me to manage my schedule effectively and accommodate other pets that could benefit from my services. Please be aware that cancellations or changes made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will result in a charge of 50% of the appointment cost.
• No-Shows: Missing an appointment without notifying me disrupts the day’s schedule and affects my ability to serve other pets in need. Therefore, not showing up for your scheduled appointment will incur a charge of 100% of the appointment cost, along with a $10 convenience fee to account for transportation arrangements. Additionally, clients who do not show up for their appointment will be unable to book future appointments with me.
Implementing these policies helps me ensure that I can provide high-quality care and attention to every pet that comes through my doors. Your understanding and cooperation are deeply appreciated.
