I feel it is important to customize a grooming plan for every client, while making it a positive experience for every family. I pride myself in practicing ethical awareness of products and methods used in my grooming. I cant wait to meet your fur baby! Please let me know if your pet has any health or behavioral issues, I'm always willing to give all pets a fighting chance of being groomed by me. I am sure to practice safe pet handling skills through the whole service, and maintaining calm and confident handling of your loved furry friends. Upon check-in we go over the wants and needs of a your pet; -Their current health and behavioral status before any service. -We can customize the perfect care for your pet, choosing service upgrades to fit their needs. I take as many precautions as necessary to assure your service will be prompt and thorough within the parameters of the dogs behavior. I am completely open and transparent about assessing all realms of possibility during service. (mats, untouchable nails, wounds, parasites , etc.) There are also many things I have to be perceptive too during any service; -Making sure all safety precautions have been followed to protect both myself and the pet. -Monitoring stress levels of the pet and making the right calls to maintain a positive and calm environment. I make sure to notify you to major changes of any kind during the service. And of course notifying you when they're done and ready to go home! I make sure to go over any highlights of the service, good and bad. I make sure to refresh or circle back to my safety and sanitizing procedures often, assuring a clean environment for your pet. I take pride in making sure everything was clean, sanitized and organized between pets. Weekly deep cleaning of tools and work stations is a must. And of course most important of all maintaining a positive and comforting environment for both you and your pet! IMPORTANT NOTES BEFORE BOOKING!! ** IF YOU BOOK OUT THE WHOLE YEAR WITH ME ON A REGULAR SCHEDULE YOU MAY BE SUBJECT TO SUDDEN CANCELLATIONS. *Please let me know (cat clients especially) if your pet has ANYTHING less than a good condition coat. **I service all clients in a high roof (9') van and have limited accessibility in tighter areas like downtown, and apartment complexes, (most) PARKING GARAGES with limited off-street parking. PLEASE Inform me if your residence has tight/limited parking. -CANCELATION POLICY- I am a independent sole proprietorship and I reserved the right to uphold my own cancellation fees. I require a minimum 24 hour notice of cancellation for a $0 charge. Any cancellation that is sooner than 24hrs will result in a 40% charge of original scheduled price. Accounts with no card on a file get a 40% fee added on to their 1 next future appointment and a total of two nc/ns before account is marked "no booking" Thanks for understanding my small business standards.
