Why I Love What I Do: For as long as I can remember, my heart has been captivated by the companionship and unconditional love that animals bring into our lives. My work is not just a job; it's a calling to enhance the well-being of our furry friends and make them feel loved and pampered. Why I Chose to Do What I Do: My journey into mobile grooming arose from a challenging and disheartening experience at a previous workplace. For 2 1/2 years, I worked at a Petsmart where the environment became increasingly hostile. Grooming, which should have been my passion, felt like a monotonous chore. Moreover, I found myself grooming dogs in unsanitary conditions, putting their safety at risk. Rude customer interactions left me feeling undervalued and disrespected. Starting ONLYPETS Mobile Grooming was my escape from this unjust treatment. I wanted to break free from a system that prioritized profits over the well-being of pets and their caretakers. I dreamed of a better work environment where the sole focus would be the happiness and health of the animals in my care. What Is My Dream for Myself Doing What I Am Doing: My dream for ONLYPETS Mobile Grooming is to provide a affordable sanctuary for pets and their owners in the mobile grooming business. I envision a warm and welcoming environment, where both pets and their human companions feel at ease and appreciated. Every grooming session will be carried out with the utmost care, attention, and respect for the well-being of the animals. But most importantly for it to always be centered around ONLYPETS Beyond the grooming services, I hope to foster a sense of community and education. I want to collaborate with local animal shelters, rescue organizations, and pet welfare groups to raise awareness about responsible pet ownership and the importance of regular grooming for a pet's overall health. I also aim to continue honing my grooming skills and staying up-to-date with the latest industry advancements. What information is needed to book an appointment?

Give Pawgo your pet’s information, a credit or debit card to confirm, and a date and time that works for you. You are charged after service day. Authorize the final amount with your groomer, add a tip if you see fit, and you are done.

Do your vans have hot water and AC?

All Pawgo vans are self-contained with hot water, AC, wastewater tanks and a grooming table. See a video of how it works here.

I live in an apartment. Do you need to plugin to an outlet?

We have a selection of vans that run on generator power and are all independent from the grid. Our generators are powerful enough to run a small A/C unit so that your pet and our groomers are comfortable through the process. However, please specify if you do live in an apartment to ensure a generator-powered van is sent to you.

Do you have service 7 days a week?

Yes. Please make sure to book in advance if you need weekend appointments. Varies by area and groomer.

How long will it take for you to groom my pet?

A full groom takes anywhere between 1 – 2 hours. A bath and tidy is about 1 – 1.5 hours.

Is the mobile grooming van insured?

All of our independent groomer’s mobile grooming vans are fully insured.

What products do your groomers use?

It varies by groomer-- groomers have freedom to choose because they service all types of pets.
